Order Policies

The policies outlined below are meant to illustrate and mirror our in-store policies. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions!

Ordering/Payment Information

Orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses will be subject to 6.25% state sales tax.
Orders below $15.00 (excluding tax and shipping) are subject to a $3.00 handling fee.
All orders are subject to payment acceptance and approval.
- Orders paid for by personal check or money order will not be shipped until payments clear.
- Orders paid for by credit card will be shipped upon payment authorization.
If any items are not available for shipment, customer will be notified and may choose to:
- Hold order and ship when complete;
- Ship partial order and ship remaining items when available;
- Ship partial order and cancel unavailable items;
- Cancel entire order.
Custom or special orders may be subject to a cancellation fee, or in some cases may not be cancelled.
In-stock orders may be cancelled prior to shipping.

Gift Certificates

To redeem a gift certificate with an online order, include the gift certificate number(s) and amounts in the order comments field.
The order total will be manually adjusted after the gift certificate is verified.
The customer will be notified of the new order total when the gift certificate is verified, or if the gift certificate is not valid.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are quoted based on the weight of your order -- no hidden charges to inflate profits!
Orders are processed as soon as possible; most in-stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns/Damages

Custom or special orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Certain clearance, closeout, or other sale items may be non-returnable.
Please notify us immediately if any items arrive damaged. Delays will significantly reduce ability to return the item(s).
Defective items must be returned before replacement item will be shipped.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged/defective items will be replaced and shipped same method free of charge.
Refunds for orders placed via credit card will be credited back to the account used.
Refunds for orders placed via check or money order will be given by company check.
